I first contacted Dan, one of the owners, through facebook.  I was recontacted in less than 30 minutes and we set up a time that was very convenient for both of us.  Dan and his assistant were very prompt and they were both extremely professional.  Within minutes the house started smelling very fresh.  They were very knowledgeable and offered other services which we may be able to use in the future.  The carpet looks fabulous and we will definately use their services again.  They even got out a stubborn stain in a corner where the dog used to lick the carpet after eating a chew bone.

I called on Tuesday to try and get my downstairs carpets cleaned by Sunday. For some reason, I missed Kevin’s vmail back (he had called RIGHT back) and I didn’t call him again until Thursday afternoon. He was stll able to fit me in on Saturday by doing the job himself, showed up exactly when he said he would, did a terrific job for a good price, and even agreed to clean my dining room chair pads (which I’d forgotten to mention via phone). I had a busy week and forgot to schedule an appointment to clean our carpets on a Saturday. I have used Chem-dry the last few times I have needed my carpets cleaned. It was Friday morning and I spent all day trying to contact a Chem-dry to come out — I could not find anyone who could do the job. Luckily, I was able to find Always Green! I called Kevin around 3pm on Friday and he gave me a fair quote, and made an appointment with me for 9am the next morning. Kevin arrived on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning our light color carpets. He was even able to remove a couple of rust stains left behind by the feet of our couch. We needed our carpets cleaned and wanted a non toxic and baby friendly carpet cleaner to come out as we have a 10 month old and try to live green. We heard about them and called and I could not believe how affordable the prices were. We had another non toxic carpet cleaning company come out a while back and it was super expensive!
